AirAsia are now giving away flights for free from Bangkok to Hanoi as part of their Year End sale. Be quick if you want to grab a bargain
AirAsia are currently giving away free flights from Bangkok to Hanoi during their Year End sale. You need to book between now and the 11th November, and choose departure and return dates between 15th November and 31st March 2008. I’ve just had a look on the AirAsia.com website and did a search for Bangkok – Hanoi flights leaving on the 18th November and coming back 21st November and there are several flights in each direction on each day that have the magic cost of a big fat zero next to them.
Of course, don’t forget that taxes still apply on both legs of the Bangkok – Hanoi journey, so even if you get the outward and return flight for free, you will still have to pay around 2850 Baht in taxes. That’s still incredibly cheap – a quick search on Compare Flight Prices shows no other airline comes anywhere near that cost.
