The maintenance budget is also rather low and I leave you to draw your own conclusions about what the possible result of this can be! Flights can't be cancelled as e-mails will be ignored or except by queing for hour at their office at the old domestic airport in Manila, but then they will also deduct a no show fee even though you can't get through to anyone on the phone at any time. Most flights are late with this airline so don't rely on them for connecting flights. Most domestic flights are overbooked by an average of 30% so don't be supprised if you get bumped off a flight.
