As part of their Year End sale, AirAsia are giving away free flights from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and Phuket, as well as a number of other Thailand domestic destinations
As well as the free flights from Bangkok to Hanoi, AirAsia are also giving away flights on a number of domestic routes too – Bangkok to Chiang Mai, Bangkok to Phuket, and several other destinations too, like Chiang Rai and Ubon Ratchathani.
As with the international flights, to get these free fares you need to book between now and the 11th November, and choose departure and return dates between 15th November and 31st March 2008.
You can’t avoid paying flight taxes unfortunately, so even if you get free flights in both directions you will still pay around 1300 Baht total in taxes. But you can’t beat free – you can look on Compare Flight Prices and Skyscanner.net for comparisons of other airlines but it’s unlikely you’ll find cheaper than AirAsia.
