Interested in spending your honeymoon in Thailand? Jas who writes the Through The Lenses blog did just that and has written it up with lots of pictures that might give inspiration for your own special holiday
I’ve been exploring other travel blogs through MyBlogLog.com recently – it’s a great way to quickly locate bloggers with similar interests and strike up conversations. One blog I found is Through The Lenses, written by Chinese Canadian Jas. My favourite posts on Jas’s blog was of her honeymoon visit to Phuket and some great photos of peaceful Rang Yai island as well as sunset at Karon Beach and a beautiful orchid in the wild.
Best of all, Jas provided an in-depth review of the Karona Resort And Spa, complete with lots of pics. These sort of reviews are invaluable, I find – written by people who’ve been there and can give a good summary of the real pros and cons of a place. Jas and her husband Nick were pretty impressed with it – TripAdvisor.com has lots more reviews of the Karona Resort too and you can book the Karona Resort direct online too. They were even more impressed with the Racha Resort on Racha Island which provided a perfect honeymoon getaway – you can read more reviews of that too on Tripadvisor, and you browse all of Jas’s posts about her time in Phuket and Bangkok if you want more ideas about things to do.
