Often to be found in my travel luggage is that Japanese icon of cuddly monsterdom, Domokun. He's definitely fond of getting into the local culture, as you'll see from the photo...

Currently spending Christmas in Hanoi, and have outfitted Japanese travel mascot Domokun with his own natty Vietnamese conical hat and taken him to see Huc Bridge on Hoan Kiem Lake in the centre of the city. Hope you are having a great Christmas Day wherever you are and whatever you're doing.

I absolutely love that travel mascot, Chris. I still haven’t figured out “who” I’m going to bring with me on my RTW travels.
Merry (belated) Christmas by the way!
