Koh Phi Phi is one of the most popular islands on Thailand’s Andaman coast. It has no airport, so the quickest route from Bangkok is to fly to Krabi or Phuket and travel on from there.

How To Get From Bangkok to Koh Phi Phi
Koh Phi Phi has no airport, so you can fly from Bangkok to Krabi and then book one of the following onward routes via 12Go:
- All available Krabi to Koh Phi Phi routes
- Krabi to Koh Phi Phi Private Taxi
- Krabi to Koh Phi Phi Private Minibus
- Krabi to Koh Phi Phi Ferry
Alternatively, you could fly from Bangkok to Phuket and then book one of the following onward routes via 12Go:
- All available Phuket to Koh Phi Phi routes
- Phuket to Koh Phi Phi Private Taxi
- Phuket to Koh Phi Phi Private Minibus
- Phuket to Koh Phi Phi Ferry
You can also travel direct from Bangkok to Koh Phi Phi via bus. The route usually runs overnight from Khao San Montanatip to Ton Sai Pier (via a ferry), and should save you a bit of money:

Things To Do On Koh Phi Phi
There are plenty of restaurants and bars in Tonsai Village and a range of activities, including snorkelling and scuba diving, cliff jumping off limestone cliffs, and the wildlife on Monkey Beach.
Koh Phi Phi is also home to some of Thailand’s most iconic sites, including Maya Bay, location for The Beach, and Phi Phi Viewpoint.
