Two intrepid women are driving a custom built bright pink tuk-tuk from Bangkok to Brighton to raise money for charity – follow their amazing journey online

They’ve only just begun, but Ants and Jo, two British women on a mission to drive a 3 wheeled bright pink Thai tuk-tuk from Bangkok to Brighton, are already having a lot of adventures. So far they fallen ill, eaten grasshoppers and realised tuk-tuks are not the best way to keep clean when travelling due to having open sides… At the moment they’re still in Thailand and you can keep up with what happens next through their blog at tuktotheroad.com. I’m quite attached to their quest already as Bangkok is where I live now and Brighton is where I lived for six years while at university. Their long journey is going to raise a lot of cash for British mental health charity MIND. Good luck to them and let’s hope they keep posting to their blog – it’s been a few days already since their last entry…(found via FriskoDude, who has an amusing tuk-tuk anecdote of his own)
